How to Request a Refund
Simply email us at [email protected] with your license key or the email address you used to purchase. We'll process your refund promptly.
Alternatively, you can request a refund directly through Paddle (our Merchant of Record) using the link in your purchase confirmation email.
After the 14-Day Window
After 14 days, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you're experiencing a technical issue that prevents PlayFaster from working, we'll do our best to resolve it or offer a refund.

The supporter license is a single, non-recurring payment. There is no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel and you will never be charged again.
Using PlayFaster for Free
PlayFaster's core features are free and require no payment, so no refund applies to ordinary use of the extension. You can use it indefinitely or uninstall it at any time.
